Victor Sanchez PMI

PMI Southern States is a national company with some locations in Greenville, South Carolina. Due to recent business growth, Victor Sanchez requested my assistance in creating new print and web assets based on the company’s updated branding. While PMI has multiple franchises, they all share the same logo and colors. For this branding project, it is essential to ensure that the final assets look distinctive and improve upon the franchise branding while still incorporating their existing logo and color scheme.

I began by researching similar brands in the franchise sector to identify potential creative changes. Additionally, I examined local franchises in the same field to ensure our branding stood out in the area.

I decided that incorporating Victor Sanchez’s image into the branding would have the greatest impact and provide the professionalism needed for the brand.

First, I discussed the idea with Victor, explaining that adding his image would help customers recognize who they would be working with and demonstrate a commitment to transparency in the business.

Next, I considered how and where to place these branding assets, including signs, car wraps, magazines, and window displays. I wanted to understand the surrounding colors as this knowledge would help me create effective contrasts. I chose white and yellow as bright colors and dark blue for contrast, ensuring they aligned well with property management branding.

Afterward, I created mockups to examine the various applications of the logo, colors, and branding guidelines.

The outcome for PMI Southern States was a clear and professional branding design that utilized contrast effectively, allowing for high-quality printing in magazines, newspapers, and other media. The design met all essential goals and contributed to the growth of the business.
